Making Design Sparkle
The designer draws inspiration from her love of European antiques, art, and architecture. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Jenna Iannelli entered the fashion world with great belief in her talent, backed up with an outgoing, and rebellious nature. Ultimately feminine, Jenna's work combines vintage style with modern undertones in a spirit of exotic enchantment. Her upscale fashion forward designs are timeless yet undeniably chic.
Jenna’s love affair with jewellery began in her early teens. "I remember buying vintage chandelier earrings, only to take them apart, and rewire them into laced ribbon to create fancy chokers for me and my friends." It was then she decided to undertake an entirely personal and creative path with her jewellery.
In 2001, she graduated from the renowned Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, California with an Accredited Jewellery Professional Diploma (A.J.P) specializing in diamonds and coloured stones. She furthered her education and interest by attending gemological programs at the Sotheby's Institution of Art in New York.
She launched her first signature collection to grand acclaim at Toronto’s L'Oreal Fashion Week in 2007. Her Black Collection was a hit both on and off the catwalks, and later at the Rolls Royce Fashion Week Gala. Later that year, her designs were featured in the Miss Universe and Miss Canada pageants and photo shoots. In 2008, Jenna decided to turn her passion into a business when she began selling her creations in Toronto boutiques.
